1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract under applicable law to use our Services. If you are using our Services on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization.

2. Services

We provide IT services including but not limited to:

• Website and app development
• Software consulting
• UI/UX design
• E-commerce solutions
• Cloud infrastructure
• AI and data analytics solutions

Service specifics, timelines, deliverables, and pricing will be outlined in individual contracts or service agreements.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients are expected to:

• Provide accurate and complete information.
• Collaborate actively during project development.
• Respect agreed-upon payment terms and timelines.
• Avoid any attempt to reverse-engineer or copy proprietary tools or technology used in our services.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, tools, designs, code, and other materials developed or provided by us are and shall remain our sole and exclusive property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Clients retain rights over their original materials provided to us for the purpose of the service.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the business relationship. Confidential information shall not be disclosed to third parties without prior consent, unless required by law.

6. Payments & Invoices

All service fees will be specified in project proposals or invoices. Payment methods include wire transfer, UPI, credit/debit cards, and PayPal (for international clients). Late payments may result in service suspension or legal action.

7. Limitation of Liability

We will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability in any matter arising out of or related to the Terms is limited to the amount you paid to us for the specific service.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the engagement with written notice. Upon termination, the client is required to pay for any completed work and expenses incurred up to the date of termination.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes will first be attempted to be resolved through mutual discussions. If unresolved, the disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Gurgaon, Haryana, India.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our Services constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
